You will not be charged any shipping fees for returning items if they were not as per your order or damaged when you received them. If you are returning an item for any other reason, then you will need to bear the cost of return shipping.
Exchange policy will be for one week period time and it will be only for the same product or others with same amount. Item returned should be in its original packing without any damages. And normal shipment charges for exchange will be from the customer side.
In case of out of the box failures brought to “Garmin Bahrain” notice within 7 days from date of purchase, product will be replaced with same model upon certification of the defect pursuant to the warranty terms. In case of non-availability of product, an equivalent product within the same price range or a refund shall be provided. Replacement will be entertained subject to return with accessories and catalogues.
